Can the next billion people use this and not feel excluded? This is the philosophy I design with.

I work on experiences that will shape the way we interact with systems for decades to come.

That is what excites me.

I've led & grown multicultural teams across time zones and built for users with diffferent tech literacy levels, and I know how to translate the users needs into good design without it feeling either overwhelming or dumbed down.

I build relationships with companies, as well as guide them in their mission of building and expanding their brand and products. I communicate via e-mail, phone, and live video stream to demonstrate the various functionalities of their product, while keeping the tone of the meeting akin to one between friends.

As a Design Director, my goal each day is to ensure that a minimal number of problems occur, but when they do, I make it so that interacting with me is something to look forward to.

It is my job to create the feeling that everything is going to be all right. I take pride in my craft and love mentoring earlier career designers. I develop cross-functional partnerships and thrive in complex, ambiguous environments.

I'd like to think of myself as a professional best friend who happens to specialize in Design.
